Well-equipped villa, lacking a good coffee machine. Lovely terrace and garden with beautiful views of the sea and city. Excellent maintenance, looks new. Good cleaning, although some bed-sheets had stains. Quiet and relaxing location. Heated and uncrowded pool. Sad to leave!

Had a really really nice stay for a vacation. The staff were attentive and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. It was based in beautiful building in an excellent location, close enough to the city to get there easily by taxi. The food for breakfast was fresh and good.

The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was lovely, with clean water and a great spot for table tennis. The staff at the reception were very helpful in assisting us with car rental and providing local information.
It would have been nice to have a gym included in the price, as the additional cost was not mentioned clearly in the description. Also, the location was a bit inconvenient without a car, as it was difficult to reach Funchal or the nearest grocery store on foot.
